Stuttgart,
Germany - Western
Slope Pro Audio, Inc completed the design and delivery
of a second Conference Room sound system to the U.S. Army
for installation in the Balkans. As before with
DynCorp WSPA President Scott Ikier worked with the e-mailed
plans of the room to design a system for installation
by DynCorp personnel overseas.
An automatic BiAmp VRAM mixer provides
up to 10-inputs for sources including microphones or line
level playback devices. Existing microphones were
connected to the VRAM. A Shure P-4800 system processor
that allows up to four inputs to be independently |
configured and routed to eight outputs.
A combination of feedback controls EQ, delay, limiting
and dynamic processing may then is applied as needed to
the sound system.
Output of the
P-4800 processor is connected to a BiAmp MCA 8050 eight
channel power amplifier that was equipped with 50-watt
70-volt transformers which in turn powers the Apogee ACS
speaker system. Apogee Point 5ProT speakers with mounting
yokes provide the room with excellent speech quality audio.
